Returns & Exchange

The Wedding Brigade’s Returns & Exchange Policy allows you to easily return or exchange most products purchased on the website for any reason, within the specified return /exchange period. You can raise the request within 72 hours of receiving the products.

However, customers should carefully look at each product’s information page to check whether the product is returnable, or whether it is a no returns / no exchange product.

 

RETURNS CRITERIA:

If you want to return a product, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product. You can place a Return/Exchange request by emailing us at customercare@theweddingbrigade.com or call us on +91-2248977888

Once the request has been generated, the product must be returned to us within 7 business days (we will arrange the pick-up).  

Customers are eligible for full refunds if they return the product to us within the stipulated time. However, the refund is subject to a product quality check which will be conducted once we receive the product. Please make sure that the product meets the following criteria:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. All material, including the plastic wrapping, dust bags, gift boxes, authenticity cards must be returned along with the product. (For e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
  • All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled. 
  • All garments and shoes should be tried only on carpeted surfaces.

The same policies apply to all items bought via Store Credit. All Store Credit Coupons expire within 6 months of issuance. 

The Wedding Brigade offers Free Returns i.e. we will arrange and pay for the shipping cost of returned products within India. There are two ways to return a product to us:

  1. Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free return pick up service which we will arrange with you via email or phone
  2. Self-Ship: In case the reverse pick up facility is not available at your location, you may courier the product to us within 7 business days at our address: SITARA DIGITAL VENTURES PVT LTD, Awfis Space Solutions Pvt. Ltd. 7th Floor, Skyline Icon, Andheri - Kurla Rd, Chimatpada, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400059.

We will reimburse the shipping cost (up to Rs. 200) as soon as we receive the courier receipt and the product. Reimbursement will only be processed if the courier slip is emailed to us on customercare@theweddingbrigade.com. 

 

EXCHANGES:

We have updated our exchange policy so read it carefully should you wish to exchange a product. You can now make an exchange request within 72 hours of receiving your product. We will arrange and pay for the shipping cost of Exchange products within India

In case the reverse pick up facility is not available at your location, you may courier the product to us within 7 business days at our address: SITARA DIGITAL VENTURES PVT LTD, Awfis Space Solutions Pvt. All exchanges are also subject to stock availability. Please note that we only offer size exchanges.

The following EXCEPTIONS apply to this Policy:

    • All customized products (which have been made specifically to a customer’s size / measurements) are non-returnable. We may offer alterations on custom orders on a case-by-case basis depending on the vendor. Any alteration cost will be borne by the customer.
    • 6 Y Collective, Veruschka by Payal Kothari, Zumaira Luxury, House of Jamoti, Shreya Agarwal and select products from Libaaz and Lavanya The Label cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • For International Customers – The Wedding Brigade will not pay any customs-related costs in case of returns. These costs must be borne by the customers themselves. 

     

    1. The customer must ensure the product is returned to The Wedding Brigade before the refund can be processed.
    2. In the event the customer does not pay the customs fee or the product does not reach The Wedding Brigade, the product will not be deemed as “Returned” and the customer will not receive any refund or store credit.
      • If the product received is faulty or damaged, please inform our Customer Care team, with pictures of the damage. Our team will assess the damage and offer to exchange the product for a new one or give a refund, once the original product is returned.
      1. Please note that products are considered “damaged” only if they have severe manufacturing defects making them unfit for wear or use. Items that are damaged due to normal wear are not faulty products.
      2. A product is not considered ‘faulty’ if there is a slight color variation between the image on the website and the actual product. 
        • The Wedding Brigade is not liable for damages to the product after it has been received by the customer. If the product has been damaged in transit (e.g. the packaging is clearly damaged), the customer may refuse to accept the product and inform The Wedding Brigade by emailing us at customercare@theweddingbrigade.com or calling our Customer Care Helpline at +91-2248977888 from Monday to Friday between 11 am - 7 pm, or on Saturdays between 11 am – 6 pm.
